Mums & Bubs

10am+ PĒPI

Our 10am weekday sessions run just like our normal strength and conditioning programs, but with the flexibility for mums to bring their pēpi along. Train hard, lift, and condition while your baby relaxes nearby in a pram, capsule, or on the mat — no stress, no judgement.

AMBASSADOR

Tiaki is a serious force in New Zealand powerlifting. He grew up from training casually to smashing junior records—including a squat of 300 kg, bench press of 165 kg and a deadlift of 320 kg, with a total of 785 kg in competition. In 2024 and 2025, he proudly represented Aotearoa at international powerlifting competitions.

As a Hype Ambassador, he embodies our values of hard work, honesty, and personal growth, inspiring others to push their limits and back themselves every day.

RUN CLUB

5KM every Saturday morning at 9:00am. Whether you’re chasing a personal best or just out for fresh air and good company, our Run Club is for all paces and abilities. Track your runs on Strava in our run group, join monthly challenges, and enjoy the camaraderie that comes with running together.
