If you would like to join Hype Fitness, we need to collect personal information from you, which may include information about your:
• name
• contact details
• location
• billing or purchase information.
We collect your personal information so that we are aware of who is in the gym and for membership and safety purposes.
Besides our staff, we share this information with:
• Clubware gym management software, in order to keep track of memberships and payments.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your name or contact information, we'll be unable to set up a membership.
We keep your information safe by storing it in Clubware's secure gym management system and only allowing our management staff to access this information.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
