Our Crowd Favourite is back for a short time only! These pop-up sessions are a apart of a fundraiser we are running to help our Comp Crew who are heading to the FitLife Throwdown in November. These pop-up classes are $10 per session and must be paid beforehand. Payments can be made by eftpos.

These pop up classes are to help raise funds for our members who are competing at this years FitLife Throwdown.Â
T&Cs:
- Spaces are limited to 16 perticipants and bookings must be made through our app.
- Gloves and wraps are not provided.
- Payment must be made prior to class via eftpost.
